Production process: electroplating process

Structure:


1. Fixed type: the tool body has good rigidity and is easy to be grinded. The size of machining hole is stable, and the tool life is slightly lower.


2. Adjustable type: adjustable processing size and long service life.


Advantages of diamond reamer:


1. Adhesion of coating, adhesion fastness of diamond, uniform distribution of diamond particles and high appearance quality;


2. The external roundness of front and rear guide of diamond reamer is 0.005 mm, cylindricity is 0.005 mm / 100 mm, the roughness of front guide outer circle is Ra0.63 μ m, the roughness of rear guide outer circle is ra0.16 um, and the coaxiality of tool handle and front and rear guide parts reaches 0.015 mm;


3. The cylindricity of the reamed workpiece is less than 0.003, the roughness can reach ra0.4-0.2, with high precision, high efficiency and long service life;

Application Description:


Correct selection of reamer


Diamond reamer is suitable for reaming non-ferrous metal and non-metallic materials such as cast iron, steel and aluminum.


There are two kinds of reamer structures: fixed diamond reamer and adjustable diamond reamer. In order to prolong the life of reamer, the two kinds of reamers can be used in combination. Adjustable diamond reamer is used for coarse reaming and semi fine reaming, and fixed diamond reamer is used for fine reaming.


Select reasonable machining allowance


Generally, it should not exceed 1 / 3-1 / 4 of the particle size of the abrasive itself, otherwise the diamond reamer will be stuck in the workpiece hole due to excessive chip accumulation, which will reduce the tool life.


The machining allowance of diamond reamer with grain size of 80 / 100-100 / 120 is controlled within 0.02mm-0.04mm.


The machining allowance of diamond reamer with grain size of 170 / 200-230 / 270 is controlled within 0.015mm-0.025mm.


The machining allowance of 325 / 400 fine diamond reamer is controlled within 0.005mm-0.01mm.


The reamer should not repeat too many times in the hole


Generally, one reciprocating stroke is enough. At present, many operators use this kind of diamond reamer as a grinding rod, because the life of the diamond reamer will be reduced by increasing the reciprocating times.


Choose reasonable cutting fluid


When reaming cast iron holes, the mixture of 80% kerosene and 20% sulfurized oil or machine oil can be used as cutting fluid or all kerosene.


When processing steel parts, 70% kerosene and 30% sulfurized oil can be used.


Fair use


In order to improve the service life of diamond reamer, a new reamer can be used for rough reaming. Generally, after reaming 5000-6000 holes, it is changed into a fine reamer to make use of blunt abrasive grains to extrude and polish the workpiece. In this way, the surface roughness is reduced and the life of the reamer is doubled.
