The demoulding agent is an aqueous solution of fluorine, which will not precipitate when standing. It provides a strong semi permanent release film and does not transfer to the finished product. It will form a dry, colorless coating, especially for PU, silicon, fluororubber and other organic rubber composite materials.

Application method
It can be diluted or used directly. It must be on the clean surface of the mold, and it must not contain grease or dust. All previous residues of other release agents must be removed.
Clean mold surface makes the release agent and mold surface have better adhesion.
It should be applied to the heated mold surface at 100 ℃ or higher to make the off mold coating dry faster. A second coat is recommended.
